Saturday, Oct. 18, 12-1 p.m., Around the Coyote Festival, West Loop Plumbers' Hall, Chicago, IL. Around the Coyote is proud to present Disembodied, a series of literary readings curated by Kristi McGuire. Each reading will exist as a pre-recorded audio track that will be played in between musical, theatrical, and video acts. Conclave: A Journal of Literary Character presents a series of readings selected by editor Valya Lupescu from the new literary journal that employ alternative structures and approaches to character-based narratives in order to create an orchestra of voices. Tara's flash fiction story "How She Found Her Way Back In" is one of the featured readings.
